Apple contro HTC, brevetti violati

Apple si scaglia contro la multinazionale coreana HTC e intenta una causa per violazione di ben 20 brevetti sfornati da Cupertino e a quanto pare illecitamente utilizzati da HTC.

Nel mirino di Apple ci sono sia smartphone HTC basati su Android che su Windows Mobile e questa è la lista dei brevetti violati:

"Abbiamo saputo delle intenzioni di Apple dalle vostre news e attraverso il comunicato stampa", hanno dichiarato a Engadget quelli di HTC. "Non siamo stati ancora informati quindi non possiamo commentare. Rispettiamo e teniamo in grande conto i diritti sui brevetti ma siamo impegnati a difendere le nostre innovazioni. Innoviamo e brevettiamo le nostre tecnologie da 13 anni".

Apple dal canto suo ha fatto sapere che HTC è stata citata in giudizio anche della International Trade Commission americana e dal Tribunale distrettuale del Delaware.
